BAF INCREASE – NEW ZEALAND TO HONG KONG , JAPAN , KOREA , CHINA , TAIWAN

We have received notification from the Shipping Lines advising that they will be implementing a Bunker Adjustment (BAF) increase for all cargo from New Zealand to Hong Kong , Japan , Korea , China and Taiwan .

A continued upward trend of fuel levels over the last mont h has resulted in this increase.

With effect from 20^th October, the following increase will be applied:

BUNKER ADJUSTMENT FACTOR
20’ft Container  USD 175.00  (From USD 150.00)
40’ft Container  USD 350.00  (From USD 300.00)
LCL Cargo to be confirmed – not sure if we will apply an increase.
